&lt;P&gt;Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As per your query, we request you kindly check with the other device to which you have connected through wi-fi, and check whether the internet in working properly or not on that other device. Meanwhile, kindly follow the below given steps to resolve your device issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Check Mobile Network: Settings&amp;gt;Connections&amp;gt; Mobile networks&amp;gt; Network mode&amp;gt; Step1: Select 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) or 3G/2G (auto connect).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Check Network Operator: Settings&amp;gt; Connections&amp;gt; Mobile networks&amp;gt; Network operators&amp;gt; Select automatically.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Check Data Roaming: Settings&amp;gt; Connections&amp;gt; Mobile networks&amp;gt; Data roaming to enable it, if disabled.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Reset network settings: Settings&amp;gt; General management&amp;gt; Reset&amp;gt; Reset network settings&amp;gt; Reset settings&amp;gt; Unlock your screen&amp;gt; Reset.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Check another network operator SIM: If the issue has not been resolved, then get in touch with the network operator and try to check with another network operator SIM.&lt;BR /&gt;Note: kindly contact your network service provider once to make sure there is no issue from their end.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Update device software (If available): Settings &amp;gt; Software update &amp;gt; Download and install &amp;gt; Checking for software update &amp;gt; Software update available &amp;gt; Download &amp;gt; Downloading updates &amp;gt; Install now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● You can reset your device by following the steps.&lt;BR /&gt;1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or &lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt; pc suite.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.&lt;BR /&gt;3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Path: Settings&amp;gt; General Management.&amp;gt;Reset&amp;gt;Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup&amp;gt;After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.&lt;BR /&gt;This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In case the issue still occurs, kindly visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device.
