&lt;P&gt;As per your query, kindly follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Kindly use genuine Samsung charger.&lt;BR /&gt;Note: We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Disable auto restart function&lt;BR /&gt;There are two methods to disable auto restart function&lt;BR /&gt;Method 1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Tap on General management&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Tap on Reset&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Disable Auto restart (if enabled)&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Auto restart disabled.&lt;BR /&gt;Method 2: Go to "Settings"&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Tap on "Battery and device care"&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Tap on Three dots&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Tap on "Automation"&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Disable "Auto restart at set times" if enabled&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● If you are facing this issue after installing any new application, then uninstall that application.&lt;BR /&gt;Please follow the below steps:&lt;BR /&gt;Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Tap on Apps&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Tap on desired app&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Tap on Uninstall&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Tap on OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Update device software (If Software update available): &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>your phone motherboard get damaged and the cpu chip will get change if you repair your phone from local shop or the whole motherboard get change in samsung service centers mine samsung f23 also suffering from the same issue so i buy new phone oneplus 12r but don't waste your money in repairing samsung f23 because after that you will suffer from other issue like calling,system get slow and other issue because i also faced these issue after repair for you i will suggest you to buy new phone other than samsung or buy samsung s series only with snapdragon mark my comment as solution &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;</description>
