Samsung released this garbage recently to F23 users. The result is 😡

Hotspot ❌

5G signal ❌

Performance ❌

But what they innovatively provide to us,

Heat issue ✅ upto 70°

Auto restart ✅ 30+ times per day

Hanging ✅ at tortoise speed

Performance failure ✅ unlimited

One UI home failure ✅ after every restart

Charge trouble ✅ with their own charger

I am also facing the same issues. It is only 20 months having bought this phone. If you follow this community regularly, you will come to know that most of the F23 5G users are facing these issues after updating the software to One UI 6.1 (1 August 2024). This shows that there is some defect in updated software. But Samsung Customer Care is making routine standard suggestions. Authorised Service Centres are suggesting change of mother boards which cost around Rs.9000/-. So, better forget and boycott Samsung phones and buy other brand phones.

The problem is on the software update with bugs ,not the hardware and unfortunately you have to wait until next security patch update . Same thing I have faced before in my galaxy M12 which suddenly gets frozen and restart. After next update it became all ok, so wait...

5G fluctuates

I’ve been facing the same problem for the last six months. You need to verify the software update, because our money doesn’t come from trees. The service center says I need to replace the entire motherboard, which costs ₹9,000, even though my phone is completely in working condition.

After the software update, I can’t do anything — the phone keeps restarting in a loop.

The main issues are:

Wi-Fi and hotspot not working

Continuous restart loop

Slow and unstable network connectivity, especially in 5G mode

Phone overheating

Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
