Dear Samsung Customer Support,

I am writing to inquire about the future software update plans for my Samsung Galaxy F23 5G smartphone. I currently have Android 14 and One UI 6.1 installed on my device.

Based on my understanding of Samsung's update policy, the Galaxy F23 5G is eligible for 4 years of OS updates and 5 years of security updates. Given that my device is currently running Android 14, I would like to know if it is scheduled to receive the upcoming Android 15 update.

If my device is not eligible for Android 15, I kindly request information on the reasons behind this and any alternative support or services that may be available to me.

4 years of OS updates and 5 years of security updates was never promised by Samsung for F23.

It was promised 2 years of OS upgrades, which samsung already delivered now only critical security updates till it reaches 3 year from the launch date. 😊

I Understand Your Quire But Samsung Galaxy F23 5g Device Was Eligible For 2 Years Of OS Update And 4 Years Of Security Patch Updates.
According To,The Device Was Launched With Android 12(ONE UI 4.1) And Got Two Updates:Android 13(ONE UI 5.1)& Android 14(ONE UI 6.1).So It Was It's Last Update.Currently, it Will Get Quarterly Security Patch Updates Only.You Can Check Through This Link Below 👇

That's May Be Wrong Information Given On Internet Because It Was Eligible For 2 OS Update And 4 years of Security Patch Update.

There is no scope of 4 years updation. Samsung is making third class products ( Devices ) which can hardly work for only 10-12 months with so many issues. Consumers can't tolerate bogus , worthless devices more than 12 months . So please forget about 4 years updation. Better to move on Motorola, Mi, One plus, Oppo, Vivo which are making very good devices on reasonable price

मैं आपकी जिज्ञासा को समझता हूँ लेकिन सैमसंग गैलेक्सी F23 5g डिवाइस 2 साल के OS अपडेट और 4 साल के सुरक्षा पैच अपडेट के लिए योग्य था।
इसके अनुसार, डिवाइस को Android 12(ONE UI 4.1) के साथ लॉन्च किया गया था और इसे दो अपडेट मिले: Android 13(ONE UI 5.1) और Android 14(ONE UI 6.1)। तो यह इसका आखिरी अपडेट था। वर्तमान में, इसे केवल तिमाही सुरक्षा पैच अपडेट मिलेंगे। आप नीचे दिए गए इस लिंक के माध्यम से जाँच कर सकते हैं
