NFC malfunction

Hi, my phone is galaxy F55 5G. It has NFC support. There is an option to turn on and off NFC and contactless payment in the settings. But, there is no option to add debit or credit card in apps like Samsung pay or Google wallet, etc.

Anyone have similar issue? Is there any solution?

Don't u find button to turn off-On from the quick panel?
Check NFC via phone Diagnostic (samsung member) u will found error issue if there is any

Yes... NFC is on and it is ok in diagnostic check...

Contacted customer care: they says that not only NFC , but phone need another feature called MST for contactless payments

It means ur NFC is okay.. can u send SS where u getting error while adding cards via NFC to samsung pay or Google pay.

For a kind of information not all card support via NFC .I have NFC phone but I can't use it cz of bank doesn't support this...

See.. here is no option to add cards... Now Samsung saying not only NFC, but phone need another feature called MST... This phone doesn't has that MST support. That's why cards can't be added.

DEAR @nikk992 I HAD FACED THE SAME PROBLEM WHILE BUYING F55 5G.......PLS NOTE SAMSUNG PAY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS.....THEY R SUM COLLEGE DROPOUTS WHICH SAMSUNG HIRED WITHOUT CHECKING THEIR KNOWLEDGE.....PROBABLY THEY HAVE HIRED SOME DOODH WALA BHAIYYA......AND BEHEN .......

THEY GAVE THE SAME EXPLANTION WHICH THEY GAVE U.....SO I CUT THE LINE

MST WAS A GENIUS TECH DEVELOPED BY LOOPPAY WHICH SAMSUNG ACQUIRED...

REMEMBER CARD CLONING IN SUM SEA COUNTRIES LIKE THAILAND,VIETNAM WHICH WERE RAMPANT MST WAS A GENUIS TECH

BUT SAMSUNG BEING SAMSUNG ABANDONED THE TECH FROM S21 SERIES PHONES

NOW COMING BACK TO F55 5G EVEN I THOT IT HAD THE OPTION OF ADDING CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS IN SAMSUNG WALLET.......BUT MY DEARBRO @nikk992 SAMSUNG AS USUAL.MADE A FOOL OF US ( F55 HAS NFC BUT NO OPTION FOR TAP AND PAY CARDS))))

BUT LOOK AT THE IRONY GPAY ON F55 5G SUPPORTS ADDITION OF CREDIT AS WELL AS DEBIT CARDS.

AND ALSO ALLOWS U TO DO TAP AND PAY ON GALAXY F55 5G

.....AND THE LIST OF BANKS IS MUCH MORE THAN SAMSUNG......

THANKS GOOGLE FOR THAT.......IF U LIKE MY SOLUTION CLICK ACCEPT RESOLUTION

JUST SELECT GOOGLE PAY IN NFC OPTION

As per your query, we want to inform you that as of now, there is no option to add a debit or credit card option is not available in NFC that's why the options not visible on your device also. There is only one option to turn it on and off options available.
