I faced the same issue a little while ago with my S21 FE. I hope this will help you counter your problem.

A little while ago my device way taking too much more time then expected even though I was using Samsung original 25W charger which was totally supported by my device. So from there what I observed is...

First
Check you mobile settings and make sure that fast/super fast charging is turned on.

☆ In my case, Charging speed was drastically reducing due to higher temperature of my phone which justified to protect you phone from over heating too much (cause fast/super fast charging emits heat too much).

Solution...

☆ Cool down the phone before plug it in to the charger. Give it a rest of around 15 to 20 mins in a cool environment. Then the fast/super fast charging should work fine.

If this is not the case then...

1. Check the charging cable if it's damaged.
2. Check the adaptor.
3. Reach out to service center to check your phone.
