Volume Control Problem in F23

Is this a bug after One ui 6.1 in F23. Whenever i turn down volume it does not decrease media volume instead it decreases in call volume.

And while using WhatsApp i can't increase or decrease media volume its at max volume.

To decrease media volume i have to go to volume settings all the time. Never faced this issue before One UI 6.1

Here all my volume settings are fine but why its happening then.

I asked customer support but they said me that It must be the problem of motherboard issue . And mother board is too costly of fold series in that mother board I can buy a new A series . Without doing any inspection or check how can they say me that it's mother board issue ??

Ui 6.1 have lots of bugs I think 🫠. I got green line on my s 21 fe. And glittering effect while charging 😬

Ok. But i don't think its a motherboard issue. Its a software issue. Already sent the feedback to them . Let's wait what their customer support have to say about this issue.

As I can see.. this is Call Volume (Volume which is used during calls) not Media volume.. and Call volume can't be Zero (0%) .

Perform "Reset All Settings" - this can solve your issue (I'm not giving you any guarantee though)

To Reset:
Settings> (scrool down)> General Management > Reset > Reset All settings.

Note: I'm not taking about Factory reset.

If it was a motherboard issue. Then you would be dealing with Automatic restart problem in your device. I think its a kind of way of Samsung to make money by directly saying its a motherboard issue instead of providing update to fix the bugs .

Just to clear things...
"Reset All settings" will just reset every changes (in settings) you have made using this Device.. this will not delete anything (Although back up every important data for good).

I tried factory reset but nothing happened it's still the same

My issue is fixed now 😀. I put my device in Safe mode for half an hour. And after that there is no such issue . But don't know whether it will happen again in Future or not.
