Nothing it's just increases the one UI version on phone, even they didn't provide that Vo5G.

It's second last.
F23 5G will get One UI 7 Android 15 as it's last major Android OS update followed by One UI 7.1

If this is last update then very bad for all F23 users, many bugs in this update they need to fix them.
So one major update required for fix the issues and provide some features like 5G only VONR support.

Battery draining quickly after one ui 6.1 and maximum 80% charging doesn’t make any sense with TFT screen.

This is the last major update. Thay did not give VoNR even how do you expect Android 15. M33 will get Android 15.

It's s major update and can cause some issue if you didn't reset your device. So, do factory reset
