Max Charging Limit Decreased from 85 to 80%

Max Charging Limit Decreased from 85 to 80%.😐

How can someone charge the phone upto 80% and use the phone upto 11 to 12 hours, with minimum usage.

Atleast 85% was good, but decreasing the limit upto 80 is bad decision.

After that only option left is to choose 100% 😑

Hi, if you are also using F23 5G, I still facing same issue.
After last Security patch update, the battery is draining fast.
+ the Charging time also does shows the incorrect time, while plug in shows will charge in 35 or 47 minutes, but in reality when check after that time device is not charged. If shows 35 then take 1 hr. If shows 47 min. then take 1 hr 15 to 19 minutes.

Well I charged 100 percent and it shows 11 hours when it reached 94 percent
From 100 to 94 in 1 hr 34 mins of screen on time

Run a Phone Diagnostics in device
Might be many parallel background services running
2 days ago i closed many auto on services on phone startup.

Try using Some one else type c to c cable... or blow/ clean port with ear cleaning buds. Hope it works.
If not try using a new adoptor combination.
+ also notice if you are plug in charger cable is it showing USB connected? If it is then its considering Charging function as USB Data Connection.
My device also showed that, from that time i have stopped using USB to C cable for Charging. 😮‍💨
Dont know why each device of samsung have different issues even have same models and are on same software.

You can turn off the option to charge the maximum level.

Turn off Protect battery: Settings — Battery and device care –Battery — More battery settings — Protect battery.

Just to add , i use original Type C to C of Samsung + Original Samsung 25W charger.
