Any way to stop thermal throttling at all ?

Hi i am sufferimg from this weird proble of 5g shutting down on heating of the phone , wether i am gamimg or anything else , i want to ask that is there any way to prevent this from happening ?

I used force LTE app to put NR only , but on running hot it still goes back to 4G , even if setting>connections>mobile network is still showing "5G Only" enabled ?

I tried thermal guardian that gives only 46°C throttlimg point , but my phome settles at 47°C on heavy gaming ?

Is ther any app that can be disabled , as i am ready to diable GOS from dimming the brightness Usimg ADB shell commands ?

Use 5G LTE enabler app
From playstore
I use this app for the same reason
My device is F23 5G 6/128
It goes upto 49°C while playing new state Mobile
But 5G works absolutely fine

Shifting networks may help the device to cool down, And there are no such specific settings which not change networks during the heating, It's normal for every device to heat up and change networks from 5G to 4G during the temperature heat up but if you feel more than heating in your device kindly follow the below steps to resolve your device issue.

U can enable forcefully only 5g mode... By selecting NR only option ✅
But you will unable to use 4G (until you Choose 'LTE/NR' option)
I mean u can't make calls or use 4g internet in the places where 5g is not enabled 🥲
So use as your circumstances
I live in a City which is totally 5g enabled so no problem
But when I visit my village I have switch back to Only LTE mode as there is not 5g enabled...
