For me it's the now bar and vertical app drawer. Not sure if I'm gonna like it but I'm excited to try it out

More options for maximum battery protection. You will be able to choose one of the following: 80%, 85%, 90% and 95%. You will not be limited to 80% anymore.

Yeah this is actually a useful feature. The reason I don't use the feature right now is because I don't think I'll get much use from my phone with only 80%

Yes
