Ringtone problem

Hi ..everyone

Plz help me guys I can't setup my phone ringtone because, if I go to settings n tap sound n vibration it take me bak to home screen of settings or it will write " secsoundpicker keep stopping " I really don't know what to do now

You can try resetting the phones settings.

You can try to reset the phone settings

Steps
1 Open settings
2 Tap general settings
3 Tap reset
4 Tap reset all settings
5 Review the information and Tap reset settings
6 Enter the current phone password
7 Tap reset to confirm

I am encountering the same problem with my Samsung A13 and Samsung A05. I now can't change the ringing tones of both sim cards on both these devices. Its very irritating
