I can't install secure folder on my samsung f12 and does it screen recorder?

Secure Folder should come with your device if it supports it, you just need to find it in settings.
Please try the below steps.

Step 1: On your device Settings, look for and select Secure Folder under Biometrics and security, and then tap Secure Folder. Tap Agree.

Step 2: If required, sign in to your Samsung account, and then tap OK.

Step 3: Now you will be prompted to set up a security method like a PIN, password, or pattern for accessing Secure Folder. Just tap Next and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your passcode and access your Secure Folder.

Check for the screen recording icon on the Samsung Galaxy F12 quick panel.. to start recording you simultaneously press the volume up and power buttons of the Galaxy F12

I don't have it there so my f12 doesn't support?

Most probably
