I don't really know what happened because is just saying "fingerprint is not responding and I have to restart my phone and I have tried that for so many times

The warranty for the phone is 12 months. So if you bought your phone within this 12 months, go quickly with your receipt where you bought th phone. Doesn't matter if its pep cell or wherever, tell them the problem and they'll give you a replacement. They are obliged by law to give you a refund or a different a16

The easiest and quicker way is to take it to Samsung Mall of Africa , they will check it out while you wait. If it's a big thing then they will ask you to book it in .
