How do you restrict apps from accessing foreground data and WiFi access?

So i recently started using the Samsung m14. Good decent phone, however I am noticing that I am not able to restrict apps in the foreground from using data & wifi am coming from a Redmi phone it had the ability to restrict Internet access to any apps but can't seem to find the same for samsung can any one suggest a way out

Go to your settings > Connections > Data Usage> Allowed networks for Apps , then do your thing

Check this out, it's only giving me the option to choose between data or WiFi or both I wanted the setting where you can actually choose not allow data or WiFi completely on an app not choosing to the other option.. It was there in stock android

I was using a Redmi 9A it was budget phone but what really made me jump ship was the frequent stuttering and also lagging though the phone had 2gb ram I've had phones that had that but did not stutter or lag after doing research I saw that many people had similar complaints about the actual model.. However overally the phone was good, battery excellent for the 2 years I used it had no complaints at all..

I decided to try Samsung m14 4g version with 5000mah.. a different ecosystem from the miui or hyper os to see what it had to offer, I was quickly impressed at its smoothness and the loaded features even if it's a budget phone I was surprised it's sleek and good however was slightly disappointed at the cameras my redmi 9a had much better photo post processing compared to Samsung and the front camera was good..
