This Method Works Without Root Steps 

: 1 Install Quick Shortcut maker and Open it . ( Link in Description ) 

2 Search for call Settings 

3 In Call Settings look for this sub setting " com . samsung . android . app . telephonyui / com . samsung . andr oid . app . telephonyui . hiddennetworksetting . MainActivity " and click on it . 

4 Run it and It will Open Samsung Network Settings 

5 Now use Samsung network setting to lock the desired LTE band
